Banbury's Home Counties Premier League Division 1 match at High Wycombe lasted little more than two hours before rain caused an abandonment.
This result and Tring Park’s surprise defeat by Harpenden mean that Wycombe are champions for a record fifth time.
Put in to bat, Banbury slumped to 65-5, with the main damage being done by swing bowler Alan Duncan, who claimed 3-46.
Luke Ryan then joined Shahbaz Ali in an unbroken sixth-wicket stand of 57 before heavy rain brought the players off the field for good after 33.4 overs.
