Banbury A finished top of Group A in the Oxfordshire Under 17 competition as they beat Great & Little Tew by 19 runs.
Banbury posted 145-2 as Jamie Cox scored 82, before Tew were restricted to 126-2 in reply.
In Group C, Aston Rowant’s win over Oxford & Bletchington Nondescripts drew the two sides level on points, but Nondies won the group on net run rate.
Chris Little’s spell of 3-10 helped to reduce Nondies to 80-2 in their 20 overs, Aston Rowant reaching the target with three wickets to spare.
Banbury and Nondies join Didcot in the semi-finals, with Tew also qualifying as best runner-up.
