Gary Austin and Dean Carter only took up the sport of jet skiing just over a year ago – but the Didcot duo are already making their mark.
At the recent British Winter Championships at Tattershall Park in Lincolnshire, Gary excelled in notching three straight wins on the day to win the beginner’s ski category.
Dean finished third and took the rider-of-the-day award.
Both riders pilot Kawasaki SXR 800 jetskis and are members of the Nitrojet Action Sports Jetski Lake in Berinsfield.
The duo are now looking forward to this summer’s British Championships which kick-off next month and feature the second round at Queensford Lakes in Berinsfield on May 7 & 8.
