North Leigh racked up their tenth straight away win in Division 1 South & West after coming back from 2-0 down.
Paulton, unbeaten in four games, took the lead in the 23rd minute through Chris Lane.
Two minutes later, Josh Jefferies doubled the lead.
The visitors hit back five minutes later when Andy Caton headed in from five yards.
North Leigh were level five minutes before half-time, when Matty Taylor, who had already spooned one chance over the bar and seen another effort brilliantly saved, finally found the net.
Taylor skilfully controlled a lofted ball from Caton and fired past Kyle Phillips from 20 yards, via the underside of the bar.
North Leigh took the lead in the 56th minute when Michael Hopkins, who was hobbling having been injured, shot home from five yards with his good leg following a misplaced clearance.
On the hour, Lane levelled matters with a 25-yard cross-shot that crept in.
The game was settled in the 83rd minute when Stuart Hole fired home a penalty, awarded after Phillips felled Taylor.
