Preston Capes secured their Division 1 future the Banbury Indoor League when they beat Sandford St Martin by 27 runs in their basement battle.
Greg Pearson scored 36 as Sandford were dismissed for 81 and remain in danger of the drop, with one week left.
Banbury A maintained their 100 per cent record, easing past Byfield’s 109-4 with four wickets and one over to spare.
Chris Smith scored 52 for Banbury, but still finished on the losing side in a high-scoring match against Cropredy.
Great Tew A scrambled to a four-wicket win off the last ball against Great Tew.
