Bob Fleming started his year as Chipping Norton captain with a well-attended drive-in.
It was followed by a Ladies & Gents Stableford and a champagne reception.
Heather Stone, with 33 points, won the ladies’ competition, while outgoing captain Andy Simpson was the men’s winner with 39 points.
Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust is Fleming’s chosen charity for 2011.

The 18-hole event will raise funds for the Alzheimers Society and Cancer Research UK.
Entry is £35 per player, which includes a breakfast roll and tea or coffee on arrival, plus a buffet meal after your round.
