Chinnor recovered from a slow start to win 42-12 at Coney Hill.
Blindside flanker Andy Macrae powered over from 20 metres to open the scoring for Coney Hill on 20 minutes, fly half Rory Baker converting.
Home wing Jamie Cole was sin-binned for tackling illegally before Chinnor hit back with a try from Huw Morgan, also a winger, converted by centre Matt Goode.
Two Goode penalties put Chinnor, who handed experienced No 8 Ed Rixon his first league start of the season, 13-7 up at the break, but a classy try from right wing Danny Davis made it 13-12.
Coney Hill had lock Steve Griffin yellow-carded for going over the top at a ruck on 52 minutes.
Goode soon kicked his third penalty and a try from flanker Harry Jackman, who followed up great work from Ricky Hopwood at full back.
It was 28-12 when Goode forced his way through a tiny gap to score try No 3 and he had no trouble converting a fourth score from Hopwood.
On 79 minutes, Richard Willams bagged an interception and Goode converted.
Oxford Harlequins, who like Chinnor have been increasingly injury-hit, lost 42-17 at home to Redingensians.
It was just 3-3 after 29 minutes, with Quins fly half Joey Todd replying to a penalty from No 10 Shaun Brown.
No 8 Jason Welburn went close for Quins, but Redingensians notched two quick tries through prop James Baker and flanker Andy Amor.
Quins lost centre Anthony Cope to injury early in the second half and fell 18-3 behind to lock Sam Hallett’s try.
Hooker James Clark burst over from 20 metres to reduce the deficit and Todd converted.
Two more tries, from lock Connor Stapley and wing Jayde Cruickshank, put the game out of sight.
Quins did manage a third try when lock Andy Boyle was driven over, Todd converting.
But late tries by No 8 Rob Stapley and full back Jevon Marsh, both converted by Brown, sealed the win.
