Local martial arts stars collected a host of medals from the UK Premier Brazilan Jiu Jitsu Championships held in Bristol.
Ten competitors from Oxford School of Martial Arts, aged from seven to 40, took home 11 medals, including two golds.
Gavin Allison (40), won gold in the super heavyweight category.
And he only entered the event to keep his son, Jack, seven, company.
Jack came home with a silver.
Freddie Ballard won the other gold, with other silvers going to team coach Mary Stevens (two), Lucy Grabe-Watson, Niklas Grabe Watson, Daniel Murray, Daniel Casey and Kieran Duffy.
Ben Murray picked up a bronze.
In the same event, two members of the newly-formed Oxford Martial Arts Association also scooped gold medals.
The club, who have, just moved into new premises in Templar’s Square, Cowley, were celebrating after Aleksandr Mihhailov and Christopher Fenson won their respective categories.
There was further joy with Kenny Rogers and Hugo Silva winning silver.
