Farmoor are opening their two reservoirs for another pike fishing experiment.
Both Farmoor I and II are well known for their quality trout fishing, but there are also massive pike present, albeit few and far between.
Previous pike trials have produced just the odd fish, but with a constant diet of rainbow and brown trout, pike of 30lb-plus will be present.
The trials are on Saturdays February 19 and 26, with 60 places available for each day, although these are likely to be snapped up quickly.
Fourteen boats, for two anglers, and 32 bank tickets are up for grabs.
Sea deadbaits, lures of six inches length or more are permitted and trout livebaits will be on sale.
