Oxford Harlequins ran in six tries to hammer visiting Cheltenham 40-14.
Flanker Ryan Newman led the way with a brace as Quins shone for three-quarters of the game.
Cheltenham hit back with two converted tries after the break, but the hosts finished strongly.
Quins took the lead on 14 minutes when Newman was driven over following lock Andy Boyle’s line-out catch.
Newman grabbed the second too, after No 8 Jason Welburn’s long run, which fly half Jeff Stewart converted.
On 29 minutes, another run from Welburn created space for wing Alex Lyness to beat his man for try No 3, Stewart converting.
A minute later, a Welburn break and a five-pass move ended with centre Andy Cope scoring under the posts for Stewart to convert.
In the second half, Cheltenham reduced the arrears with a try by left wing Hamish Wrafter, converted by fly half Michael Wilcox.
On 60 minutes, Welburn and Cheltenham’s James Milne were yellow-carded.
A minute later, Cheltenham scrum half Jack Davies squeezed over for a try by the posts, converted by Wilcox.
Quins woke up and scrum half Alasdair Maspero dummied his way through a gap and raced in from halfway, Stewart converting.
Two minutes from time, centre Martin Nutt rounded off a fine team move for try No 6, converted by Stewart.
Chinnor lost 25-10 at Old Patesians for their second straight defeat.
Old Pats wing Henry Bird opened the scoring with a second-minute try.
Chinnor fly half James Cathcart missed an eigth-minute penalty, but was on target two minutes later.
Tries from replacement Ben Spry and centre Barnaby Pascall, the latter converted by fly half Adam Seager put Pats 17-3 ahead at half-time.
Cathcart was yellow-carded on 54 minutes and, with a man advantage, Old Pats made the game safe.
Scrum half Matthew Mudway’s try and Seager’s penalty made it 25-3 and there was no way back.
Chinnor managed a late consolation with a try from centre Matt Goode, converted by Ben Hewitt.
