Sean Flaherty slammed a hat-trick as AFC Hinksey edged to a 5-4 win against Marston Saints in the Premier Divison of the Oxfordshire Senior League.
Flaherty gave Hinksey the lead when he fired past Marston’s keeper Tom Martin.
Marston equalised through Mark Gaul, with Damien Deen firing the visitors ahead from Gaul’s cross, only for Luke Bremner to level.
In the second half, Marlon James made it 3-2 to the hosts after rifling home.
Flaherty increased Hinksey’s tally from Bremner’s cross.
Minutes later, Martin saved his penalty, but he was not to be denied his hat-trick, firing in Micheas Herbert’s pass.
John Hudson reduced the deficit, before Tom Payne headed home Marston’s fourth, but Hinksey held on.
Ryan Curtin headed a second-half equaliser as leaders Bletchingdon battled back for a 2-2 draw with Kennington.
Nicky Giles gave Kennington an early lead, only for an own goal to bring Bletchington level.
Giles restored Kennington’s lead after the break, but Curtin grabbed a point.
Strikes from Nathan Blackwell, Paul Salter, Danny Taylor, Tom McCudden and an own goal saw Freeland win 5-2 at Eynham. Andrew Glossop and Craig Freeman replied.
Lee Keyes bagged a brace as Northway thrashed Chadlin-gton 6-0 away in Division 1.
Kurtis Kauble, Kyle Pullen, Anthony Simpson and Adrian Cox got their other goals.
A brace from Scott Finch saw Middleton Cheney to a 3-2 victory against Long Crendon.
Scott Finch put Middleton ahead, with Ryan Scott equalising.
Goals from sub Ben Nelder and Finch’s second made it 3-1. Matt Hopwood got one back.
Steve Norman hit a four-timer for Broughton & North Newington in their 8-2 hammering of North Oxford.
Chris Tillcock (2), Karl Tucker and Lawrence Carc were their other scorers, with Shane Whalley (2) hitting back In Division 2, Ben Brown headed a late equaliser as Broughton & North Newington Res drew 5-5 with Slade Farm Res.
Goals from a Kieran Chambers (2), Adam McKeer, Callum Wynne, Kevin Peake and saw Slade go 5-0 up at the break.
But second-half strikes from Wayne Barton (2), Gary Beedham, Andy Cullen and Brown secured a point.
