Reigning champions Rileys C got the ODDA winter League off to the best start with a 7-2 thrashing of Bicester Town.
Paul Cohen gave Bicester the lead with a maximum 180 in his win against Phil Addison.
Rileys levelled at 1-1 after Pete Hall saw off Andy Thomas, which included a 180.
Joe Palmer restored the visitors’ lead with a 3-0 victory against Stuart Dutton.
However, wins from Jon Jukes, Ade Larner and Steve Foster saw Rileys into a 4-2 lead, before they wrapped up victory with a 3-0 pairs win.
Victories from Preben Krab-ben, Kevin Barefoot, Mark Ord and Kevin Wilkins saw Goodlake storm into a 4-0 lead against The Angel.
Angel pulled a game back when Mark Batsford beat Pete Jones, only for Dave Exell to restore the four-game advan-tage when he beat Kevin Middleton 3-2, despite finishes of 120 and 113 from Middleton.
Goodlake won the match 6-3, despite losing the pairs 2-1.
Donnington Community Centre eased to an 8-1 win over Marston British Legion.
Marston’s Mick Hutt hit a rare 170 finish, despite losing the opening match 2-1.
Defending ladies Premier champions Florence Park Community Centre humbled Nuffield Bar 8-1.
Tina Hamilton beat Denise Pape to give Florence Park the lead, only for Kim Ledbury to level against Angie Pointin.
Wins from Michelle Ewins, Jo Gleed, Clare Bywaters and Natalie-Creed Roberts and a 3-0 pairs win sealed the romp.
