Stuart Wight will make his Oxfordshire debut when they travel to Derbyshire this weekend looking to make it three wins in a row in Division 1 of the Rileys British Inter-Counties Championship.
Wight gets a call-up to the men’s B team after some excellent performances in the Oxfordshire Super League.
Last time out, the county side kept up their perfect record as they stormed to the summit with an impressive 29-10 victory against West Midlands at their new base in Rileys in Cowley.
The men’s A team have been boosted by the return of big guns Dennis Smith and Preben Krabben, while Pete Hall is back for men’s B and Babs Manning returns for the ladies B team.
Janet Weedon comes into the reserves for the ladies.
