World champion swimmer and Strictly Come Dancing star, Mark Foster, has teamed up with the Esporta health club in Oxford to help members get fun out of their sport.
Foster met with staff at the Oxfordshire Health and Racquets Club on Woodstock Road to launch the Amateur Swimming Association’s (ASA) partnership with Esporta clubs in the UK.
Esporta has adopted British Gas Swimfit, an ASA initiative that provides structured sessionsto lead swimmers of all ages and abilities through a fitness plan suitable for their ambition Foster, pictured with Esporta’s senior swimming manager Mags Pullen, said: “It’s about inspiring people to swim and generally be more fit and healthy.
“Swimfit is fantastic because shows people who use the gym how they can work the pool into their keep-fit routine.”
