OXFORD City Stars’ Cameron Fray (pictured) faces off in an historic match against Bracknell at Oxpens Road.
Fray plays for Oxford’s under 10s, and the match was the first at this age for more than a decade.
In recent seasons, Oxford’s juniors have been forced to merge udner 10s and under 12s, but a recruitment drive saw the club attract 15 new players.
Vice chairman Russ Fray said: “My goal was to recruit enough young players to separate the under 10 and under 12 teams.
“Today was the culmination of that hard work, but this is just the beginning.
“We are becoming a force to be reckoned with.
The club is still looking for more players, but places are filling up fast.
