Howlett’s double saw Bletchingdon take a 2-0 lead, only for Gareth Furey and Mark Jackson to level matters.
Beauchamp’s brace extended Bletchingdon’s advantage before Paul Faulkner sealed it.
Dean Boyles hit a second-half hat-trick for Oakley Res in their 4-1 success against Enstone Res.
Gary O’Donovan (penalty) was their other marksman, with Adam Ford replying.
Slade Farm United Res hit back from John James’ goal to beat Marston Saints Res 5-1.
Callum Wynne equalised James’ header, before Sam Barker (2), Sean Masterson and Owen Suter completed the turn around.
Kidlington Old Boys Res edged out Charlton Res 4-3.
Danny Smith gave Charlton the lead, before braces from Mark James and Paul Weller saw Kidlington go ahead.
Aaron Ainsworth clawed one back, before Old Boys keeper Jack Wells saved a penalty.
Robin Timms netted Charlton’s third for a frantic finale.
Garsington Res lost 2-1 against Freeland Res.
Sam Curtain fired them ahead, but Tom McNeal and Ben Glastonbury won it for Freeland.
