Banbury eased through to the last 32 of the Men's EH Cup on Sunday with an emphatic 10-1 over West Premier side City of Gloucester, who were completely over-whelmed in the second half.
They took the lead when a Matthew Bull drag flick was deflected home by the impressive Robin Parker.
Richard Foreman and a Dave Clark penalty made it three.
In the second half, the flood-gates opened once Banbury got a fourth through Foreman.
Clark grabbed his second and further goals followed from Craig Larner, Simon Boardman, Ali Slay, Parker (2) – who completed his hat-trick – and Craig Irvine.
Banbury play Univ of Birmingham in the next round.
