North Leigh 2 (Hole pen 71, Taylor 83)
Yate Tn 2 (Lewis 14, 40)
North Leigh recovered from a two-goal deficit to secure their first home point of the season in Division 1 South & West on Saturday.
Goals from Stuart Hole and Matty Taylor in a pulsating final 20 minutes earned a draw against Yate, who had dominated the first half.
Yate went ahead when a quickly taken long free-kick caught the home side napping and allowed Chris Lewis to lob the advancing keeper Adam Lonsdale.
Five minutes before the break, Lewis doubled his tally with a rising shot into the roof of the net.
At the other end, Yate keeper Lubos Ancin pulled off a superb save to deny Matty Taylor.
The introduction of North Leigh subs Joe Burnell and Kieran Sanders changed the game.
Hole converted from the penalty spot after Ancin was yellow-carded for felling Taylor.
With seven minutes left, Sanders jinked his way into the Yate area and set-up Taylor to fire low past Ancin.
Taylor thought he had hit the winner, only to be ruled offside.
North Leigh: Lonsdale, Collins, Caton (Burnell 59), Hole, Huxley, Dodds, Reardon, Posey, Taylor, McCabe (Sanders 59), Redknap (Clark 82). Sub not used Saunders.
Attendance: 63.
