A goal after 12 seconds from Jamie McCuaig and a hat-trick from Luke Cuff saw Headington keep up their 100 per cent record in Division 1 West.
A sensational start saw the fastest goal ever at Barton Rec, McCuaig converting from Neil Lockhart’s pinpoint cross.
Headington doubled their lead as Cuff took Rui DeGarces pass in his stride and slotted low past keeper Chris Brain.
Cuff made it 3-0 on the stroke of half-time, spinning away from the visitors defence after McCuaig and Lockhart had worked the opening.
In the second half, Headington keeper Harry Jenkins produced a double-save to deny the troublesome Mark Odom before Cuff completed his hat-trick to take Headington seven points clear.

Letcombe 2 (Roberts 15, 37)
A dreadful second half performance saw Letcombe slump to a heavy defeat at Purton. With Craig Payne injured, Danny Joyce became Letcombe`’s fourth keeper this season.
Letcombe went behind when Mark de la Coze sliced a cross into his own net. Paul Roberts quickly equalised then put Letcombe ahead just before half-time.
Callum Hall equalised for Purton from a free kick.
Purton dominated the rest of the game, scoring through Ashley Gooch (2), Justin Millar, James Turpie and Scott Campbell.
