Zamaretto Southern League
BANBURY United will come face to face with old boy David Stone when they host Hemel Hempstead Town in the Premier Division tomorrow.
Striker Stone is one of a number of new faces at the Hertfordshire side, who have made a good start to the season.
Banbury boss Billy Jeffrey said: “Hemel have made a decent start and have a lot of new players at the club.
“My project is more long-term at Banbury, I’m building for the future with some decent youngsters.”
Scott Cross (hamstring) is the only doubt for an otherwise full-strength Banbury side.
In Division 1 South & West, North Leigh boss Mark Gee is convinced his side will now start climbing the table after their first win at Cinderford last week.
Gee, whose team host Yate Town tomorrow, said: “We played better in the two games previously, but it was a relief to get that first win. We must push on from here.”
Toby Clark returns after missing last week’s victory to attend a wedding.
Abingdon United will look to return to winning ways at struggling Clevedon Town.
Richard Bourne’s men were held to a goalless draw by Wimborne last week to be knocked off top spot.
But with Paulton in FA Cup action tomorrow, victory will take Abingdon back to the summit.
