Deabill is away on holiday, along with new signing Tom Woodbridge.
Brad Chalmers (knee) is also out.
Witney United will look to upset the form book as they entertain high-flying Ascot United.
James Morrison is unavailable, while John Rixon and Darren Quegan both have ankle injuries.
Young striker Chris Zoldan returns to the squad.
Headington Amateurs will look to make it seven wins in a row in Division 1 West when they entertain Clanfield.
Aaron Williams is added to the squad.
Clanfield will be without skipper Danny Dixon (work), while Dan Bishop is ruled out through injury.
