Josh Luland hit a five-timer as Kidlington cruised into the second round with a 14-1 win over Thame Youth.
Liam Talboys and Callum Rice added hat-tricks, with Jason Sallis, Zac Oretagu and Jem Mulder completing the tally.
Tower Hill enjoyed a 2-1 victory over Garden City.
Calum McGinness put Tower in front, but Scott Willoughby’s lob five minutes later found the net.
The home side restored their lead when Redd Pratley ran on to a through ball to slot home past the advancing keeper.
But it needed a superb last-ditch tackle by Matt Knapton late on to deny Willoughby an equaliser as he broke through.
Chay Buckingham hit a hat-trick as Banbury eased to a 7-0 victory over Bampton to book their passage through.
Nathan Matthews, Luke Wetherill, Lewis Fuller and Josh Meadows also scored.
