Grove scored five tries to beat Oxford 40-13 at the Southern Bypass ground.
Oxford started strongly, competing well at the rucks, and took the lead through Jon Derrick’s penalty.
Grove captain Nick Sevier scorched in from 50 metres for the first of a try double, but Derrick slotted a second penalty.
It was 10-6 at half-time after Grove prop Richard Keen forced his way over from a line-out.
Hooker Steve Dixey ran on to Joe Bellinger’s short pass , which Roger Sevier converted for 17-6.
Oxford had lock Mark Viner sin-binned and Roger Sevier punished them with three penalties.
Alex Henk drove through a gap for Oxford’s solitary try, converted by Derrick.
Grove sealed a bonus point when prop Jimmy Wallbridge ran through three tackles to force his way over and complete a front-row treble.
Roger Sevier converted this and a final solo try from his brother Nick.
Chipping Norton lost 42-3 at home to leaders Milton Keynes.
