Wallingford got their Trysport 3 Counties League Premier 1 campaign off to a winning start with a 3-1 home victory over Aylesbury.
With several young faces in their line-up, Wallingford were a goal up at the break and added two more in the second half.

Oxford Hawks staged two friendlies on Saturday, beating Northampton Saints 2-1 and Towcester 5-1.
Vicky Martin and Kathryn Poulter were on target against Saints, while newcomer Becky Odlin shone against Towcester, with Sandra Frankland (2), Bex Strange, Odlin and Poulter netting the goals.
