Wallingford director of rugby Martin Moran feels hard work will be the key to finding their form in South West 1 East.
Moran, who took over the reigns at Wallingford this season, has seen his side draw 12-12 at home to promoted Amersham & Chiltern and get hammered 41-5 by Witney.
But he is confident improvements will come.
After praising Witney, Moran said: “For us, it is just hard work that we need.
“There are also a couple of inspirational players we want to get back to fitness like Kris Blaszko and Derek Viljoen.”
He added: “The lads are just getting used to me as well.”
Moran also stressed that new players like Dan Stalker and Lee Lewis were still fitting into the side.
He said: “I think we are good enough for this league.”
