Witney's joint coaches Phil Harper and John Campbell were very happy men after their resounding victory over Wallingford.
Harper said: “It’s brilliant. Everything seems to be clicking at the moment. It is going really well.
“I thought some of our passing and support play was excellent.
“We made the right decisions and the set-piece was on top.
Campbell added: “I thought our defence was great today, especially James Lamb and Jez Hicks.
“When Wallingford got promotion from Southern Counties North, they came here and gave us a lesson. We have returned that today.”
Wallingford director of rugby Martin Moran admitted: “We got what we deserved.
“They were fitter than us. I am not that surprised by it.
“We have had a disrupted pre-season and a number of players coming back just haven’t got the legs yet.
“I am more disappointed by the manner of our defeat, but we weren’t 41-5 worse than them.”
