THREE second-half goals sent Abingdon United back to the top of Division 1 South & West on Saturday.
The home side trailed at the break through a Russell Church goal, but they fought back to seal victory.
John McMahon was denied early on, while Jon Gardner struck a rising shot straight at the Yate keeper.
The visitors went front when the unmarked Church, set up by Chris Lewis headed home.
Andrew Younie equalised for Abingdon, crashing home from eight yards.
Tom Melledew put the home side in front after his effort from 35 yards took a deflection and went in.
Soon after, John Mills’s shot rebounded off a post and the ball fell to Steve Davis, who fired home into the top corner.
