The Rileys club in Between Towns Road, Cowley, will be the home of Oxfordshire county darts for the next four years.
A match stage has been specially constructed to conform to British Darts Organisation League rules.
The existing six-lane Darts Zone will be used for practice.
Inter-Counties League matches on the stage will be shown on televisions throughout the club, including a giant screen.
There will be seating for up to 150 people on match days.
Oxon secretary Steve Babu said: “The facilities at Rileys are top class. It will provide us with stability. We have some fantastic players, and hopefully we can push for promotion back into the Premier League.”
