Twenty-eight anglers fished the Oxford Super League practice open on the Thames at Medley and Folly, and once again, it was the Folly stretch that produced the goods.
The top four were all pegged there, while a north-west wind on Medley totally killed the sport.
Top man was Paul Passmore (Turners Tackle) with 18.10.0 of perch on worm from one of the hot pegs by the cottages at the top of Coca-Cola bay.
He used both the pole and the feeder.
Second was Doug Reynolds (Turners Tackle), sat on the next peg, with perch on the feeder for 16.6.0.
Dan Varney (Drennan GOT Bait) was pegged at Marlborough Road and caught roach and perch on pole and caster for 12.14.0, followed by Carl Eland (Drennan GOT Bait) with 12.13.0 of roach on caster.
