The draw for the first round of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy takes place on Sky’s Soccer Am programme tomorrow.
It is split into four sections and Oxford are in the Southern Section West, along with Bournemouth, Aldershot, Exeter, Southampton, Swindon, Torquay and Yeovil.
Cheltenham and Wycombe are among the southern clubs gived a bye in the first round.

Home matches are on Wednesday evenings (7pm) at Didcot Town’s npower Loop Meadow Stadium, with the first one taking place next Wednesday, when United entertain Southend.
Watford ran away with the East Division last season, finishing eight points clear of Ipswich at the top.
But as managers will tell you, the reserve league is not about where you finish in the table, but in helping to get players match sharp, and sometimes fit again after injuries, through competitive games.
