Donny Henderson-Sowerby became Burford club champion with a three-stroke victory.
Henderson-Sowerby lifted the Pelican Cup with rounds of 71 and 70, giving him a one-under-par total of 141.
Jonathan Wilks was second on 144, with Dave Summers a further shot behind in third.
Wilks, who plays off four, had the consolation of winning the Robin Cup for handicap scores with a nett total of 136.
Alan Chambers was second on 138, pipping Gary Lock on countback.
SCOTLAND boys international Sandy Bolton, from Didcot, won Goring & Streatley’s championship by five strokes.
Bolton, 18, fired two rounds of 69 for a 138 total, with Liam Bridges second on 143, edging out Laurence Eltham on countback.
