OCA League Divisions 1-3
Omar Hussain took 5-18 and top-scored as Witney Swifts thumped Letcombe by 105 runs in Division 2.
Letcombe were skittled out for 93 in reply to Swifts’ 198 all out, Hussain hitting 44.
Minster Lovell stretched their lead at the top as they defeated Marsh Gibbon by seven wickets.
Chris Morgan took 3-34 in Marsh Gibbon’s 177-7, then Minster reached 179-3, thanks to 80 from Andy Crawford.
Charlbury kept up the pressure as they defeated Broughton by five wickets.
Having dismissed their hosts for 182, Ashley Rump (64no) and Craig McCallum (55) saw Charlbury to 183-5.
Faringdon were too strong for Hook Norton, running out 134-run winners.
Brad Peaston (51no) saw Faringdon to 231-6, before Mike Hume took 3-38 as Hooky were skittled for 97.
Watlington thrashed eight-man Oxford Caribbean by 138 runs.
Steve Strong led the way with 132 in Watlington’s 261-7, and Caribbean’s weakened team stumbled to 123 all out in reply.
In Division 1, Westbury went top with a 51-run win at Garsington.
Sam Harper (61) led the way as Westbury reached 203 all out, then spinner Richard Tredwell took 5-27 to dismiss the home side for 152.
Tetsworth picked up their first win, seeing off East Oxford by five wickets.
Philmore Miller (4-64) helped to restrict the home side to 208-9, then Roland Burke (71no) and Clifford Jacob (68) guided Tetsworth to 209-5.
Dave Prosper hit 65 as Marcham saw off Great Horwood by six wickets.
Shrivenham thumped Freeland by 125 runs.
Rhys Mills scored 51 in Shrivenham’s 215-8, before Adam Tucker took 4-22 in Freeland’s 90 all out.
Amit Rawal made 113 not out to help West Ilsley to a five-wicket victory at Fringford in Division 3.
Earlier, Rawal had taken 4-33 in Fringford’s 177-4.
Tim Wyatt hit 131 not out in Stonesfield’s 89-run win over Clifton Hampden.
Stonesfield rattled up 256-3, before Adam Fleetwood claimed 5-72 as Clifton were bowled out for 167.
Eddie Glover’s 6-46 helped East & West Hendred to dismiss East Oxford 2nd for 215.
And it proved no problem for Hendred, who eased home at 219-3, Ivan Mulford top-scoring with 89.
Robbie Nicholson’s 82 not out was in vain as Combe lost by 47 runs at Oxenford.
The home side rattled up 210-6, then three wickets apiece for Phil Glenn, Aaron Hirtenstein and David Gwynn saw Combe fall to 163 all out.
Liam Rainbow claimed figures of 5-22 to help Eynsham to a 25-run win over Westcott.
