WILL Bratt, a contender for the Formula 2 Championship bids to sign off the first half of the season with a return to the podium in the Portuguese Grand Prix tomorrow.
The Banbury-based reigning Euroseries 3000 champion, is fourth in the F2 driver standings after two top-three finishes.
However, Bratt could only finish fifth in the Belgian Grand Prix at Zolder last week.
The 22-year-old is focused on making inroads to the championship top three at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão.
He said: “I’m looking forward to going back to Portimão, it’s quite a testing track for a driver.
“Hopefully we’ll be quick from the word go but, if not, we’ll work hard to find out why and then improve.”
