Oxford 3rd lost their first three wickets from the first seven balls while scoring only one run as Aston Rowant 2nd maintained their promotion push.
Ryan Dutton finished with 5-49 as Oxford recovered to 43-7 and then 101 all out.
Earlier Adam Cousins (84) and Dominic Whatman (43) had added 112 for the third wicket as Rowant racked up 247-6 dec after 49 overs.

Oxford Downs 2nd could not prise out the last wicket to beat Kingston Bagpuize.
Downs’ 232-8 had been built around Matty Watts’s 78, while Matt Warner took 3-37.
Martin Shepherd hit 102 in reply, but only Marco Cecchini (30) stayed with him in their 186-9.

Hanborough secured a vital win at fellow strugglers Bledlow Ridge.
Simon Smith hit 80 while Paul Brzezicki took 4-56 in Hanborough’s 175 all out.
Henry Hale’s 77 kept the hosts in contention, but Paul Rose (4-9) and Aaron Hobley (4-26) dismissed them for 140.

Witney Mills were bowled out for a meagre 109 after choosing to bat at home to Bledlow Village.
Matthew Bolton took 4-26 and James Shirley 3-10 to wrap it up in the 44th over.
Charles Downes then hit 44 and James Bacon 32 as Bledlow reached 113-3.

Leaders Dinton 2nd lost for the first time – and spectacularly – at Great Brickhill.
Having been inserted, Graeme Carter smashed 132 and Doug Aris 44 in Brickhill’s 288-5 dec from 51 overs.
Nick Tweed (4-51) and Pete Hasting (4-62) then dismissed Dinton for 137.
