Oxfordshire leg-spinner Ellie Porter returned astonishing figures of 4-3 in ten overs to crush Suffolk by 74 runs at Warborough.
Porter turned the Division 5 East match on its head after Oxfordshire had battled to 135, helped by 40 wides.
Oxon were soon in trouble at 20-4. A recovery was started by 16-year-olds, Katie Isle and Emilia Bartram, who scored the innings only boundary in her well-compiled 28.
Oxon’s decision to open the bowling with Porter paid dividends as Suffolk’s top-order crumbled.
Bridget Rhodes-Moore, Strode and Sam Moore (2-19) did the rest of the damage as Suffolk subsided to 59 all out
