OXFORD Tri impressed on and off the course at the Blenheim Triathlon.
Adam Moore was their leading finisher in the non elite ranks, coming in second overall and winning his age group.
But the club also provided 70 marshalls over the weekend, which saw almost 50 members compete.
Having hosted open swimming training sessions at Dorchester Lake in the build-up, the club played a big role in proceedings.
Moore won the 25-29 age group with a time of 1hr 7mins 14secs for the 750m swim, 20k bike and 5k run course.
He said: ‘’I am slightly gutted not to get the overall win, but with Windsor next week I’ll be going all out to get a victory.’’ Ian Osborne and Crispin Hetherington were also age group champions, while Joseph Dale joined Moore and Osborne in the top ten.
Osborne clinched the 40-44 category in 1.09.43, while Hetherington took the 45-49 crown in 1.13.01.
Lesley Parry-Jones was the club’s leading female, crossing the line 12th in 1.23.20.
Oxford’s Emma-Kate Lidbury finished 12th in the female elite race in 1.10.28.
Lidbury used the race as a fast training session ahead of the Wimbleball half ironman event, her preferred distance, on June 20.
