Dan Rivers, from Wantage Target Shooting Club, collected an amazing haul of ten gold medals at the South African National Sch-ools Shooting Union’s air rifle and small bore championships.
The captain of the Great Britain junior squad, Rivers also collected several silver and bronze medals.
The 18-year-old helped the British team to beat the South African Defence Force juniors.
Rivers, who is serving an apprenticeship with Bell-ingers, in Wantage, continues to train at the club three times a week.
His young brother, Jack, is following in his footsteps having won several medals in the county leagues, making it a family success story.
