Thame Town were handed victory by Witney Mills in their Bernard Tollett Oxfordshire Cup quarter-final on Monday night after rain washed out play at the halfway point.
Thame rattled up a formidable 222-6 dec off 18 overs, with Michael Beard making 71 and Ed Barnett 43.
No further play was possible, and Mills conceded the match.
Thame are now away to Banbury in the semi-finals on a date to be arranged.
