Sam Couldrick hit a half-century and then returned remarkable figures of 5-2 to steer Didcot to a 91-run victory over Sutton Courtenay in League F of the Oxon Under 15 Club Championship.

Batting first, Didcot raced to 129-2, Coudrick hitting 50 not out, Shaun Stewart 33 and Nick Grain 30 not out.

In reply, Sutton fell to only 38 all out thanks to Couldrick’s haul, backed up by Stewart’s 3-13.

In League B, Minster Lovell A’s Jacob Hughes was the star of the show as his side thrashed Ducklington by 140 runs.

Hughes finished 52 not out as Minster rattled up a massive 160-2 from their 20 overs.

Ducklington could find no way back as they slumped to just 20 all out, Hughes taking 3-7 and Kane Lewis 3-3.

Freeland thumped Eynsham by 123 runs.

Rhian Todd (41no) and Sam Cross (36) helped Freeland to 152-4, before Liam Botcherby (3-2) and Joe Langford (3-5) combined to dismiss Eynsham for 29.

In League C, Curtly Slatter continued his remarkable batting form to help Great & Little Tew to a 71-run success over Shipton-under-Wychwood.

Slatter, who had scored back-to-back centuries for Tew’s senior teams, hit 49 as his side rattled up 142-5, Jordan Garrett chipping in with 37.

Shipton were restricted to 71-7 in reply.

Banbury amassed a huge total of 194-2 as they beat Sandford St Martin by 108 runs.

Josh Hill (52), Tom Bradbeer (50) and Josh Megson (33) were the mainstays in Banbury’s innings, before Siem Hussain took 3-15 as Sandford were held to 86-5.

Aman Patel returned 4-15 to help Shrivenham to a 50-run victory over Bampton in League D.

James Harris hit 30 in Shrivenham’s 107 all out, Ben Jacobs taking 3-3.

Bampton were then bowled out for 57.
