Banbury stormed to a convincing seven-wicket victory against Home Counties Premier Division 1 strugglers Aston Rowant in the Oxfordshire derby at White Post Road on Saturday.
Batting first, Rowant, who have yet to register a victory this season were skittled out for just 97 in 43.2 overs.
Spinner Luke Ryan led the way with 4-9 from just ten overs to polish off the tail as the visitors were rolled over with ease.
Chris Watling was the only batsmen to offer any sort of resistance, making a fine 57.
In reply, Banbury found little difficulty in passing their target.
Ian Tew and Ed Phillips put together an opening stand of 45, before Tew went for 26.
After Craig Haupt was out for 24, Banbury polished off the total in only 18.4 overs.
