LUKE Finch played a starring role as Oxford beat Sutton Courtenay by eight wickets in League F of the Oxfordshire Under 15 Club Championship.
Finch took 4-9 as Sutton were bowled out for 67, before hitting 49 to steer Oxford to 68-2.
Connor Tinsley starred with bat and ball to help Minster Lovell A to a 51-run victory over Freeland in League B.
Batting first, Minster posted 127-3, Angus Spittles top-scoring with 50 not out and Tinsley chipping in with 36.
In reply, Freeland slumped to 76 all out, as Tinsley took 4-16.
Drew McHenry hit 34 not out to steer Shrivenham to a seven-wicket win over Oxford Downs.
Josh Crossley (32) saw Downs to 89-7, before McHenry’s knock saw Shrivenham home.
North Cotswolds rattled up a massive 203-5 from their 20 overs against Sandford St Martin in League C.
Darrel Williams (50) led the way, before Sandford were shot out for 56.
Curtly Slatter took 4-18 as Great & Little Tew beat Banbury by five wickets.
