Schools' cricket
THE bowlers of Icknield (Watlington) took the honours in their Under 12 Pairs League victory over Lord Williams (Thame).
They took ten wickets and pegging Lord Bills back to 201 – only one more run than they started with.
Toby Roberts-Moore and Joe Sears took three wickets apiece.
In reply, Icknield conceded only two wickets and ended on 226.
Larkmead (Abingdon) lost 11 wickets, scoring 172 against St Birinus (Didcot), with two wickets apiece for Rhys Morgan and Joe Guntrip.
St Birinus won convincingly with 298 without a dismissal.
In the Under 12 Bunbury Cup, North Oxon Academy restricted Cooper (Bicester) to 70-6 in 16 overs, Nathan Grieveson taking 4-13.
The academy eased to a seven-wicket win thanks to Luke Coleman (33).
Wunmi Atoyebe took a hat-trick as Magdalen College School bowled out Wood Green (Witney) for 45 in the under 13 cup.
MCS then cantered to a seven-wicket.
