Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League - Division 2 West
Jaydeep Bhatti was Thame Town’s hero for a second week running as they beat Finchampstead by four wickets at Church Meadow.
Bhatti took 7-46 in partnership with fellow spinner Michael Higgs (3-35) as Finchampstead were dismissed for 157.
Thame inserted the visitors after winning the toss, but only Russell Lane (74) found his feet with the bat on a flat deck.
In reply, Thame openers Michael Beard (14) and Pratik Patel (54) got off to flying start, taking 47 off the first 12 overs.
However, a mini collapse reduced them to 139-6, before veteran Manoj Parmar saw Thame to a four-wicket victory with 24 overs to spare.
