Oxford lifted the Under 13 Ron Maudsley Trophy after a thrilling last-ball three-run victory over Combe in Sunday's final at Bicester & North Oxford.
Batting first, Oxford worked their way to an impressive total of 111-5 in their 20 overs, Joe Jenkins undefeated on 32 not out.
Ethan Simlett was the pick of the Combe bowlers, taking 2-11.
Combe attacked the target from the word go in their replace, and were well placed as Chris Moore and Huw Neyroud put on 40 in nine overs for the first wicket.
But Oxford struck back as Ross captured the crucial wicket of Robbie Nicholson.
With four overs left, Combe needed 22 for victory, but Oxford struck a double blow as Henry Anderson-Elliott removed Combe skipper Mark Francis Jonathan Bourchier in the same over.
A spirited counter-attack by Simlett left Combe needing ten runs off the last over.
Six came off the first five balls, leaving Combe needing four off the last ball.
But it proved too much, allowing Oxford to clinch the trophy for the first time.
In the semi-finals, Oxford had eased past Cumnor by 29 runs, thanks to Ross's 4-2 in Cumnor's 74 all out.
In the other game, Combe held Thame to 82-8, then Moore (30no) and Nicholson (26no) steered them to an eight-wicket win.
Cumnor won the third-place play-off by 44 runs.
