Veteran off-spinner Rupert Evans comes into the Oxford side at home to Ealing in the Cockspur Cup on Sunday.
Evans, last year's leading wicket-taker in Home Counties Premier League Division 1, has played sparingly this season.
Having conceded only 15 runs in his ten overs against Enfield in the Evening Standard Trophy last week, his control could be vital in this last-32 tie.
Batsmen Todd Hutcheson and all-rounder John Williams also come in, with Ian Evans, Joe Porter and Stuart Hole dropping out from tomorrow's league side.
Oxford: Jobson (capt), Si Hole, Laudat, Hutcheson, Cook, J Evans, Mendis, Williams, P Evans, Slade, R Evans.
