Ray Sturgess (Morris Motors) won the Oxford League's 70th anniversary tournament with a victory over Fairmile's Phil Collins in the final.
Sturgess lost the first game 5,190-4,250, but won the second 8,510-990 to triumph 12,760-6,180 on aggregate.
The favourite, Keith Sheard, went out to Denis Atkins in the quarter-finals, only for his conqueror to lose to Sturgess in the last four.
In the other semi-final, Collins beat Peter Farrelly.
The plate final saw Jenny Abbott (Didcot Conservative Club) beat Corner House's Bob Allsworth 4,270-2,990.

Didcot's Sue Atkins avoided the whitewash beating Witney 7,740-1,040.
There was a 5-1 success for Corner House at home to Democrats B, while Gladiators drew with Masons A.
