Henley still head the Home Counties League Divvision 1 table despite suffering their first defeat of the season at the hands of Slough.
Jason Barber (66) and former Zimbabwean Test player Brian Murphy ((60) both hit half-centuries as Henley made 228-8 from their 66 overs.
The off-spin of Bobby Sher kept them tied down as he returned 6-59.
This total proved insufficient as Slough got home by three wickets with 14 balls to spare thanks to lively innings from Steve Naylor (60 no) and Andy Ward (51).
Henley had one point deducted for a slow overrate but they still head the table by a point from High Wycombe.
