Oxford United's disastrous run continued at Hayes & Yeading as Good Friday turned to Bad Friday for Chris Wilder's men.
They had striker Matt Green sent off after just 18 minutes and boss Wilder sent from the dug-out area at the start of the second half as they crashed 2-1 at Church Road.
It gave little Hayes & Yeading a remarkable double over promotion-chasing Oxford, whose title hopes are well and truly over.
James Constable fired the U's in front just before the break, but Ram Marna scored twice in the second half for Garry Haylock's team, who bounced back well from their 8-0 defeat at Luton last weekend.
Oxford, who have now won just one of their last eight matches, also lost Simon Clist to a head injury. he was taken to hospital with concussion after getting an elbow in the face.
