North Oxford recorded their first win of the season in Wilson OLTA League Ladies Division 1 of the 3-Pair League with a 6-3 success over Cholsey.
Their second pair of Louise Purton and Kate Calnan who should have been their No 1 couple easily claimed all three rubbers to lead their side home.

North Oxford's bottom pair of Maddy Mitchell and Judy Davis also won twice.
Abingdon were forced to battle in their 5.5-3.5 win over Woodstock in Division 2.
