Oxfordshire's Beth Swords helped England’s intermediate girls win team gold in the AVIVA SIAB Schools’ Cross Country International at Truro School in Cornwall.
The 15-year-old, from Headington School, finished seventh in 14mins 33secs as England racked up a clean sweep of the first eight places over the hilly 4k course.
Essex’s Jessica Judd, who won the English Schools’ crown at Manchester a week earlier when Swords came sixth, again took the individual honours as the hosts swept aside their rivals from Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
The intermediate girls’ success featured in a full house of team triumphs for England, who also came out on top in the junior girls, and junior and intermediate boys’ races.
